Trinity Surveillance Installation is a locally owned and operated business who's main goal is truly the customer. We believe in quality work, Honesty and showing you the product you are buying and physically show you them if possible. We will be offering demonstrations upon request in the near future to allow interested businesses and potential clients the opportunity to know what they are getting. Unlike some businesses that don't even let you know what you are getting until it is time to roll out the system. We believe that is unfair, we also believe in letting the customer compare our prices down to the very model number of a product. We are so confident that when you get something through us that you will see the value of allowing us to install your system and take care of your need there after.
History
Introduction:
Isaiah Waistell the owner of TSI has been working on Technical Equipment since the early 2000's. "As a geek playing video games and toying with my computer and gadgets as a teen for fun, I always knew I was technically minded to do this" said Isaiah Waistell when ask to tell a little about the history on how TSI was thought of. "The Concept is easy find good vendors to work with and pass the saving they give to me on to my customers" -Isaiah. This is something that no one else locally is trying to attempt or even do locally. "We have to charge sales tax already and to make matters worse tagging on a mark up percentage is only pushing the price up" -Isaiah. That is not attractive for sales and does not make the right impression; although if we are going to sell product that people can do themselves as well, we will charge just enough to make it worth us selling it to you however we really want to push how much you save by allowing us to do it for you.
Isaiah' Waistell My personal Journey: Professionally TSI has 10 years of experience in surveillance equipment, installation, system topography and project implementation. In 2004 Isaiah did construction for a dry wall company while working with other contractors to pre wire and install security, cable, satellite. 2005-2007 I was in the Navy while in Supply I learned low voltage installation while our areas were under construction with our ship in dry docks. After a honorable discharge I work for a security company doing the same pre wires and systems installs . In 2008 I jumped into a surveillance position at our local casino for 3 years, I worked on servers, software's, networks, cameras, configurations, programming, and system engineering along with investigations and asset protection. 2012- On contract for IT with the local tribe I was later hired as IT Specialist escalating to IT manager very quickly, I installed an IP surveillance system in the accounting department and maintained and renovated the Headstart programs system upgrading them to better cameras and optimizing the existing system, doing the same for the gas station as by upgrading the system and adding better resolution to their infrastructure. I installed a full IP system in the development department that is HD and has already paid off by catching crime and theft that was later recoverable.During the same time providing a solution for outdated servers and email system, I engineered a RFP and created a contract to work with a hosting vendor to create solutions. While on that project I worked with a co worker to get our of the XP word and into the updated era of computers and started securing other networks within the departments. I am now working full time as a Surveillance Tech at the Casino again and Owner at Trinity Surveillance Installation. My decision to start TSI was based off of other businesses that cost way to much form simple solutions that are way over priced. There seems to be an attitude with businesses in this town that is unacceptable. Its about time we treat customers the way they are supposed to be treated. No longer will people have to pay outrageous prices on top of labor, or have to deal with that take it or leave it attitude. We will get you the best deal possible with out marking up the system while giving you option instead just one. You will actually see what is on you quote as an itemized list. As being a customer buying surveillance for years I know what you are looking for and want.
